Talent Atlas GmbH
Customer Success Manager

You turn a successful project launch into a reliable ongoing partnership. You help customers use our recruiting and people services, recognise recurring questions and translate them into practical improvements. You keep agreed goals in view while understanding the customer's day-to-day situation and the people involved in making a service work.
Your responsibilities
Prepare customer handovers after launch, clarifying responsibilities, immediate priorities and what successful use of the service should look like in practice.
Run regular customer conversations, keep outstanding questions visible and agree realistic next steps with the people responsible for making them happen.
Explain workflows through concrete examples and help customers complete recurring tasks independently, rather than making them dependent on repeated support conversations.
Bring together product feedback, describe the underlying problem and discuss suitable solutions or interim approaches with the colleagues responsible for the service.
Improve service and handover guides so that useful knowledge remains available to the team instead of being scattered across individual inboxes and notes.
What you bring
You have experience in customer support, project coordination or a comparable service role, including situations where expectations needed to be clarified carefully.
You listen closely, ask useful follow-up questions and distinguish an immediate usability issue from a broader question about how a process should work.
You organise several customer topics at once and record commitments, owners and dates clearly enough for another colleague to take over when needed.
You communicate clearly in German and English and can explain digital workflows to people without assuming that they have a technical background.
How we work together
You work with consulting, recruiting and product colleagues. Customer feedback is discussed through specific situations, not only a list of requested features. Clear handovers matter, and priorities should be manageable within the working arrangement of the role rather than depending on constant availability.
Your first steps
You initially observe customer meetings and learn the most common service cases. An experienced contact helps you prepare and review your first conversations. You gradually take ownership of a customer area while improving a guide that would have helped you during your own introduction.
Role details and your application
The job summary contains the location, working arrangement, employment details and any pay information recorded for this role. During an introductory conversation, we discuss your experience, open questions and mutual expectations. The application form shows which information and documents are needed for your application.
